Reception

Croquetas y Empanadas; Ham Croquettes, Chicken and Beef Patties

Ruca Malen Brut NV; A fresh and elegant, dry sparkling wine produced using the traditional Champenoise method. Bursting with citrus and white florals, subtle notes of toasted almonds and freshly baked bread on the back end add complexity. Creamy on the palate with fresh fruit through the long finish.

First Course

Camarones al Ajillo; Jumbo Shrimp sauteed in a white wine, garlic-butter sauce

Ruca Malen Sauvignon Blanc 2018; Vibrant and aromatic, this crisp, dry white reveals flavors of limes, grapefruits and fresh herbs. The wine pairs wonderfully with seafood.

Second Course

Aguacate Rellena; Avocado stuffed with braised beef

Ruca Malen Terroir Malbec; On the nose, Ruca Malen Malbec Reserve shows red and black fruit reminiscent of cherries and plums and violet aromas. It is a complex, elegant wine, layered with concentrated, juicy flavors and sweet, velvety tannins. An edge of acidity keeps it fresh through the long finish. One year of aging takes place in 80% French and 20% American oak barrels of first and second-use.

Third Course

Bistec de Pollo; Marinated grilled chicken breast w/ zucchini and yellow squash

Ruca Malen Kinien Malbec; From the Mapuche language meaning “unique,” Kinien is the icon line of wines from Ruca Malen produced from 100% Estate-grown fruit in limited quantities. Kinien Malbec is layered with aromas of ripe cherries and plums, violets, and smoke. Fresh and juicy on the palate, the sweet, concentrated tannins are balanced by a pleasant acidity. The long finish is marked by a velvety texture with hints of chocolate and a trace of cedar.

Fourth Course

Churrasco a La Cubana; Certified natural Angus skirt steak topped with a Chimichurri sauce

Ruca Malen Kinien de Don Raul; Intense red and black fruit aromas that remind of ripe cherries and plums dominate the bouquet. Well-integrated nuances of sweet spices, caramel, and vanilla complement the ripe fruit. An elegant, full-bodied wine with smooth, pleasant tannins that linger on the palate.

Fifth Course

Flan/Coffee
