Weingut Markus Molitor Riesling Haus Klosterberg (2017); An attractive and fruit-driven nose with notes of pear, peach, and a hint of smoke. Light-bodied on the palate but it continues to develop in the glass with a delicate and elegant finish.

Maison Passot Les Rampaux Fleurie (2018); Charming and delicate, the palate combines elegance and finesse with a fleshy and silky body, evolves with air and time in the bottle to include intriguing spicy notes.

Cantina Terlano Alto Adige Terlaner Classico (2018); Persistent apricot and ripe tropical citrus fruits gracefully swirl around a focused stream of intense minerality. Fresh fennel and bright acidity define the finish of this impeccably balanced wine.

San Salvatore Aglianico Jungano (2016); Hints of ripe plum jam and spices carefully measured with clove and cinnamon. In the mouth the wine is soft with a long, persistent finish.
