Fiegl Collio Pinot Grigio; Pressed flower, pear and crushed rock aromas lead the nose. The lively palate offers lime, green apple skin and mineral alongside racy acidity.
Fried Calamari w/ Marinara Sauce (Sweet or Spicy)
Aia Dei Colombi Falanghina; Grown on the high hills north-east of Naples, this wine shows beautiful floral notes, accented with citrus and herbs. It has enough minerals and salt to keep things very appetizing.
Caprese Salad; Fresh Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers, Heirloom Tomato, Fresh Basil and Honey Balsamic Dressing
Melovivo Frappato; Pretty floral aromas of raspberry, red cherry, rose, fresh herbs. Explosive juicy red berry fruit. The delicate red fruit flavors continue on the palate with lovely texture and depth supported by a zesty acidity.
Bolognese; Beef, Pork & Veal Simmered in a Red Wine Soffrito Tomato Sauce
Pedres Cannonau; A deep red wine with tinges of garnet. Intense scent of ripe red berries with pleasant oak and spicy notes. Full-bodied, round with long finish. Pairs perfectly with rich pasta dishes.
Filet Mignon; Rosemary Stacked Potato Wedges, Carmelized Onions, Rosemary Infused Port Wine Reduction
Ferrero Brunello; Deep ruby red of great intensity. Rich and complex. The fresh vintage has given to the Sangiovese fruit a note of elegance. The tannic structure is enveloped in a balanced body, framed by spicy oak notes. The long finish is elegant and leaves a feeling of harmony.
