Aroma: Lots of sweet notes. I get bits of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and cooked agave. Flavor: A lot of those same notes from the aroma are here in the flavor. But, I think the overwhelming note that I would use to describe this would be toasted marshmallows.
Hand-selected the finest 100% Blue Weber agave, grown in the rich red clay soil and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Aged for 7 months. Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.
