This German-style Pilsner was brewed with heirloom German barley malt and hopped in the kettle with Seitz Farm Perle, Hersbrucker, and Saphir. At the tail end of fermentation, we used a spunding valve to capture naturally occurring CO2.
This special version of our traditional Czech Pilsner, known affectionately as “Scragarita,” is infused with lime juice and sea salt for a well-balanced dance of crisp and tart.
American Imperial Pilsner was brewed with Belgian Pilsner Malt, lightly hopped with German Calista and Huell Melon then dry-hopped with New Zealand Taiheke hops during an extended lagering period.
