Grassy agave, and a peculiar aroma that I always find in La Cofradía bottlings, something that makes me think of fruit pits. Palate: Surprisingly mellow for higher proof, initial hot burst of agave and subtle minerality, relatively short finish. I get that grassy fruit pit flavor, very subtle. Mixed up
Wow. Nose: Mildly sweet. Roasted agave with toasted cacao, vanilla, cinnamon and orange peels. Taste: A tad less sweeter than the nose with a medium viscosity and slight heat in the entry. Slight fruitiness with a building of the heat that sticks through the long finish. Love this repo. Truly
