Caol Ila is a comparatively light bodied and delicate Islay single malt. The nose shows subdued aromas of citrus and almonds, while on the palate, the peat influence adds a sweet element on the palate.
A non age statement Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comprising of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 & 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks. A delightful combination of fruit, toffee and malt.
