Brix City Late Nite Jamming 2x16oz

Late Nite Jamming is a Pastry style Imperial Sour Ale brewed as a virtual collab with our good friends from Maine, Definitive Brewing. For this beer we wanted to do something fun that was a good representation of both breweries. So, we decided to take our Strawberry Jams and Definitve’s Late Nite series and mash them up! The result is a lightly tart, extremely refreshing and crushable Ale brewed with Lactose, heavily fruited with Strawberry Purée, and conditioned on a touch of Vanilla Beans+Graham Crackers+Cinnamon. // Notes of strawberry pie filling mixed with melted vanilla ice cream and pink Starbursts with a hint of graham cracker.
