Cooked agave, smoke, grass, well water, cinnamon, minerals, citrus, lime, tropical fruits, celery, mint and rosemary. Palate includes all the aromas plus tangerine, melon or mango. Finish is warm medium , sweet, lite bitterness, barrel spices, cinnamon and little pepper. The Agave Angustifolia, colloquially called Chato provides a different nose than the Agave Azul that is also produced and bottled at Fabrica Santa Rita. A real treat. Agave forward with and a high proof that really shines to make this a fantastic sipper. The aroma on this is just phenomenal.
