On the nose, Immediately grassy, herbal notes and cooked agave. Something like underripe banana. Pepper and citrus, orange peel. On the palate, beautiful cooked agave, almost a touch of vanilla but not quite. Definitely getting the pepper and the citrus. A very subdued natural sweetness, and very oily and full bodied. Solid sipping blanco.
