This Burgundy is a great find – a tete-de-cuvée at an every-day price. In France this wine is labeled the Cuvée Speciale – it is the top cuvée of Domaine Dupré. From old vines organically farmed on hillside blocks, the wine vinified in separate lots and then aged for a year (20% new oak), followed by 6 months in bottle.
