Quite possibly the best Sauvignon Blanc to come from California. The juice comes from a 1 acre single vineyard (Admirals) planted solely to Sauvignon Blanc in 2002. The grapes are picked when the acidity, sugar and fruitfulness are in perfect balance and rushed into the winery for whole cluster pressing, then cold ferment in stainless steel to preserve the crispness, bright flavors and aromas. This wine is crisp and bright, with flavors of pink grapefruit and aromas of citrus blossom.
