Bold yellow fruits with some spice and hints of freshly cut grass. On the palate it is fresh and bright with the typical peppery and spicy flavors found in Grüner Veltliner while being fruity and easily approachable. Great acidity and structure. Karmeliterberg is great with bacon, smoked ham or any charcuterie, it will also pair well Sunday roasts, fish, lightly spicy Asian dishes.
