Pierre Riffault Sancerre

Riffault’s Sancerre is a blend of the wines from two different terroirs – the “caillottes” lend fruit and freshness while flint-based soils lend minerality and ensure that the wine develops well. Results in a more balanced and complex wine. White Sancerre pairs well with fish and seafood. It may also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, and of course with Chavignol goat cheese.
