There’s a lot of bang for the buck with Siembra Azul, and this repo does not disappoint. With notes of chocolate covered cherries, butterscotch, cinnamon and honey, along with some herbs and spices, one might think that this is an añejo. The agave is not as predominate as I like in a repo, but the finish has a really nice dry earthy tone to remind you it is tequila.
