Mediterranean herbs, pepper and a little vanilla. Good complexity, balanced body and a pleasant fruity finish. The Syrah contributes fruity and flowery taste to the wine, the Carignan gives it strong color and rich fruit character and Cabernet Franc its spicy taste, body and structure.
