On the palate, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon explodes with dark cherry, blueberry, root beer, and sarsaparilla, then finishes bright with flavors of exotic spices, cedar, and a hint of cassis. Beautiful tannins create a firm but opulent structure.
Aged for 18 months in barriques and at least for 24 months in bottle and it expresses itself with notes of fruits jam and Mediterranean spices, noble woods and balsamic herbs. On the palate is structured, full-bodied, balanced and very persistent.
Il Bruciato is an intense ruby red color. Its nose is intense and enticing with notes of currants, blackberries, delicate hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Excellent harmony on the palate where a fruity finish dominates and imparts good persistence and easy drinkability.
Encouraged the development of rich fruit characteristics and a plush, full mouthfeel. French and American oak aging complement the dark fruit character with sweet, layered nuances of mocha and caramel. A touch of Petite Sirah and Merlot enhances the wine’s roundness and depth.
Black currants, vanilla bean, hint of strawberry and plum skin. Swirling brings up blackberry, dark spice, and sandalwood. The palate is ripe and dense with great texture. Sweet muddled black fruits, some savory spice, super fine tannins, and a fresh lifted finish. It will age beautifully.
