46% Grenache Blanc, 34% Vermentino, 20% Clairette Blanche from Beeswax Vineyard. Biodynamic, Organic, Hand harvest/sorted, whole-cluster pressing. Indigenous yeast fermented in 50% stainless, 50% experienced French oak puncheon and barrel for 8 months.
