Pale straw color with pale gold highlights. Aromas of white flowers mixed with honey, and recall gingerbread. In the mouth, elegant, delicate and retains the freshness of the grape. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation during 6-8 months in cellar for ageing, including a part in oak barrels.
