Stellum Single Barrel Rye

Single barrel rye selected by the Skurnik Spirits Team and bottled exclusively for Skurnik by Stellum Spirits. The aromas are bright and citric exhibiting chocolate-covered pomegranate seeds and lemon zest with perhaps a note of Three Musketeers? On the palate, the flavors are simultaneously green and full of mature depth, featuring dried eucalyptus, Cara Cara orange, baking spices and brown sugar. All backed by a slightly dry and tannic yet textured finish.
