Ruby red in color. This mature and seductive wine has a fruity bouquet with notes of raspberry and gooseberry. The palate is ample and delicious with spicy aromas of licorice and vanilla. The tannins are in harmony and the finish has a nice sweetness. Round wine, ideal for white meats such as rabbit but also lamb and duck.
