Bailey Boy is our 6.5% Brown Ale Brewed with two row, biscuit, pale chocolate and caramel malts, with centennial hops. During conditioning we infused a coffee blend from the Peruvian highlands and the Oaxaca region of Southern Mexico sourced from and roasted by our good friends at Acadia Coffee Company
Collectively, we chose a unique washed single origin ‘Colombia Tolima’ coffee, which has notes of mulling spice, apple, and hints of milk chocolate throughout.
