We went back to the science fair and tapped into some old tricks and new hops to bring you hops bursting right out of the beaker. We essentially combined our SOTL grain bill and used our new crop year hand selected Strata.

This is our deceptively smooth TIPA, brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Strata; dry hopped with the same varietals. Notes of peaches, citrus, mango, pineapple, and subtle hints of strawberry. Crushable for it's abv, consider yourself warned!
