This is our deceptively smooth TIPA, brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Strata; dry hopped with the same varietals. Notes of peaches, citrus, mango, pineapple, and subtle hints of strawberry. Crushable for it's abv, consider yourself warned!
Collectively, we chose a unique washed single origin ‘Colombia Tolima’ coffee, which has notes of mulling spice, apple, and hints of milk chocolate throughout.
Rho pours jet black with a saturated caramel colored head. This coffee created an extremely integrated and well-balanced beer. Its aroma is dark chocolate, caramel apple, cinnamon
a White Russian-inspired cream ale with coffee beans, cocoa nibs, lactose, and vanilla. Like The Dude, Ties the Room Together abides, but that's just, like, our opinion, man.
