A small portion of head-trained, dry-farmed Estate Zinfandel vines are picked early (at about 19 brix) to make this bright, dry rosé. High in acid, low in alcohol, thoroughly refreshing—though more akin to French rosés from Provence in the way it’s made, this wine is distinctly California. White Zinfandel has a good heart but a bad reputation; hopefully this wine can help change that.
