On the nose, very vegetal, and robust agave notes. A little bit of smoke but more like burnt wood, lots of minerals and earthiness. A bit of an herbal quality. On the palate, just rich agave for days. That light smoke is there, lots of minerality. It opens up and the earthy, vegetal notes mellow out a bit and there’s a nice spice to it. Very oily, full bodied, and finish for days. This is excellent. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had. At 46%, they struck a perfect balance between extra heat and flavor, I think this may be a damn near perfect expression of blue Weber goodness.
